Pain in anus
I am having lump in right side of anus. It size is similar to grape size. I am feeling pain while walking and sitting. No bleeding is there. For 4-5 days I feel pain when I cough , but 2-3 days I notice lump in my anus. What is it , it is piles or what else. It can be cured by medicines or not tell me . Kindly diagnose me. Doctor has given me some medicines and tell me to take warm bath with potassium permanganate.

Most likely it is a case of external haemorrhoids. You should take sitz bath followed by application of some soothing ointment. Keep your stool soft. By this; it should resolve in a week or 10 days.
