These problems can be due to excessive of spiced food. Take pantocid 40 mg 1 tab daily empty stomach. Use kenakort 0.1% mouth gel for mouth ulcers. For other problems you need to adjust diet. There is cream available for anal burning.
Have you confirmed hydrocoele via ultrasound?
