  4. Pain in anal canal. What could this be?

Pain in anal canal
I have a pain in anal canal. Pain aggregates if I sit on hard surfaces. I have checked multiple times I have no blood in stool or no bad smell or no mucus/pus in stool . Just a pain. What could this be
