DEGENERATIVE DESICATIVE L4-L5 AND L5-S1DISC WITH DISC BULGE CAUSING FOCAL SECONDARY CANAL STENOSIS WITH IMPINGEMENT OVER THE LEFT L5 & RIGHT S1 AND SIGNIFICANT COMPRESSION OVER THE LEFT S1 TRAVERSING NERVE ROOTS

Looks like the nerve is significantly compressed and if symptoms r severe and it is the first episode with no neurological weakness then there is still chance of conservative treatment . If it is not working then epidural nerve root block can be considered for pain management after a proper consultation If that also doesn't work then surgery can be considered
