Pain from palm to shoulder
My mother in law has pain in shoulder. She feels nerves pain from her palm to shoulder in her right hand.. Please suggest

This is cervical radiculopathy mostly . Needs clinical examination and medicines / physiotherapy / neck exercises.

Give her shoulder a rest from domestic activities and mobile use. The pain is due to overuse of the shoulder muscles. Mobile use is a very stressful activity.

The type of pain you are describing is most probably due to neck. Need clinical examination.

It's very important to have a thorough clinical examination. Have to rule out whether the pain is from cervical spine or shoulder. Also is she diabetic?

need to get initial blood investigation specially thyroid and rbs. also if problem is cervical then mri of cervical spine.
