Pain from left upper body to back and st

Question

Asked for Female, 30 Years

Day 1_ pain from neck to shoulder to upper part of back. Only left side... Continue for 4 days. Took pain killers Day 5_ severe muscle pain on both sides of spine ( back) , stiffness and irritation in abdomen Day6_ took painkiller ingjection and basic medicines related.. Day 8_ sudden strong pain in lower back. Again injection pain killer.. stomach discomfirt continues.. Tests to be done for blood, urine, liver, stone etc Xray also to be done.. Plz suggest what it could be.
