Pain from back radiating to leg
I am having severe problem in my left leg and the pain is radiating from back to the foot . I am having Gabapin NT 100 and Tifenac TH for last 3 months prescribed by my doctor . If I stop this tablet then again pain increase . Can I continue having these tablets .

Hello dear You have a sciatica type pain and has been given symptomatic treatment. Now, important thing is we need to correct the underlying cause to have long term relief. Get an MRI Lumbosacral Spine and Xray LS spine AP and Lateral views if not already done. Regards Dr Vipin Gupta

Hello sir , as i infer from your query that you already had a long standing backpain for which you were taking treatment . In Current scenario without knowing and seeing the - history / xray or MRI it is not advisable to continue the medication as it has got some side effects.
