Pain exactly below left nipple
I have pain exactly below left chest nipple the pain occur when i touch below left nipple otherwise there is no pain. But sometime the pain occur within 2-3 days without touching for about 5 seconds. I think only a 1mm region just 1mm below the nipple is affected. And rest the chest is fine a very sharp pain is there when touched. I dont have short breath.and i do many ecg as i thought is due to heart problem. But ecg is normal.so i want to know the pain is due to which reason.
