I have pain during urination,It has been a week now,it's painful when I urinate and leaves me with some abdominal pain.

Pain during urination associated with pain in lower abdomen may be due to urinary tract  infection. What r thhe other complaints you have ? are you married/ sexually active? What is your last period date? Please update for further guidance.

Blood test like CBC, urine test , urine culture and sensitivity test.
