Pain During urination

Asked for Male, 34 Years

I have a problem of pain during urination and after urination in the lower abdomen. Urine flow is very low along with sometimes yellow urine. Have premature ejaculation and bit of erectile dysfunction. Have digestive issue from the childhood. Please suggest remedies.
