The common causes are inadequate fluid intake, urinary tract infection or stricture of the urethra. Please get an urine analysis and urine culture done to look for infection. Please drink enough fluids to make urine colourless. If there is poor flow of urine then see a urologist to get a uroflowmetry and ultrasound of urinary tract done.
