  4. Pain during periods, Please help me.

Pain during periods,
My wife is 19years old, she is suffering from higher pain during periods, Every month she suffering very high pain during her periods. Also she took otc pain killer like meftal spas and cyclomeff but pain still didn't relief.  please help me.
