Pain due to lifting weight
I have fractured my right wrist quite a long time ago, it never fully healed after three plasterd. Now when ever i lift some weight in daily routine by my right hand the whole bone from wrist to elbow start paining. Is it psychological or is it related to my wrist fracture. Any remedies?

It shouldn’t be related to Fracture. Fracture once united behaves like a normal bone it does not cause pain. If your are having pain only on lifting some object & not having pain if you are not using left wrist, probably u may be having lateral epicondylitis ( tennis elbow). 5 sittings physiotherapy will relieve your pain , if persistent more than a week consult orthopaedic doctor
