Pain below tooth on right
Pain since yesterday above lower jaw right side (seems to be below gums) below all teeth. Sometimes pain is in upper right side too. Pain comes and goes. Not static. But intensity quite high, causing headache too. No swelling or redness in gums. No bleeding. I have a molar tooth's some part broken 3 months back. It was not discomforting till now, but it is paining a bit too. Pain more at night time. Please suggest what could be the problem and how to resolve?

Hi From your symptoms,it seems one of your tooth on the lower side may be infected.Pain in the lower teeth may be felt in the upper teeth as well and is called as referred pain. Do you also have sensitivity to hot /cold? You need to get check up and x rays done to pinpoint the causative tooth. Don't wait for it to get worse! Good luck.

You probably have a deep cavity in a tooth that needs immediate attention for complete resolution of your symptoms.... nonetheless, a dentist who performs a proper clinical examination will be in the best position to make the correct diagnosis and advise you with the right treatment options..... Regards....

Broken teeth need attention as to why the tooth got broken .generally posterior or back teeth get broken because they are weak due to dental caries.ur case seems to be the same. tooth got weakened by caries n broke off .if u had shown it to the dentist back then, pain would not be there now.but now also its not too late go n consult a dentist in your area who would give u the right treatment option based on the clinical examination.
