Pain below chest on right side
I'm feeling some pain below my chest on right side since 4 days. It started after I drank water and had some hiccups after that. It increases if I sleep on right side at night. Could it be a gas issue or something else? Can someone please help how to eliminate this issue? No history of disease related to heart, BP, diabetes, etc. Also, had a yearly health check-up(CBC, ESR, CRP, Glucose Fasting, Lipid Profile, Urine Examination, ECG, etc) where the reports came normal.

Please consider starting with an ultrasonography for initial screening, in consultation with a physician/surgeon.
