Pain behind knee
Since the past few weeks, I am experiencing pain and stiffness behind my right knee/thigh. Its mild, but certain movements like squatting down or bending the knee fully are painful and difficult. I'm into aerobics, zumba and the occasional walk/run. I enjoy very good health overall. The other leg is absolutely fine. Please advise.

This pain and stiffness is due to poor posture attained while walking or running or even during zumba... Instead of walk and run you must go for cycling... Also visit a physiotherapist and get your posture correction done... They will even teach you knee strengthening exercises which will reduce your pain and also develop strength which will help you in your daily activities..
