There are multiple reasons for abdominal pain and if there's any kidney involvement should be confirmed. I would advise you to visit the nearest ER so that you can be examined and undergo investigations such as urine routine, ultrasound, CT(if indicated) to find the underlying cause so that you can be treated accordingly. Kindly increase your daily water intake to 4 liters per day.
