Pain at end of right Jaw, Dysphagia

Dear sir, I am suffering with dysphagia from last two days. The pain is at not at throat, but it is at end of the jaw at right side. When swallowing the food and water the pain is becoming more and more. Can you pls suggest me any medicine for pain relief as well as for cure. Pls doctor... Thanking you..
