Difficult swallowing without pain
I have mild difficult swallowing for past 1years But for last 6 months very difficult to swallow meat, chicken, dry hard solid foods. Feeling food stuck in Oropharyngeal Sometimes when I burp I feel something in throat. Even I burp every single sip of water. frequently I have small tonsil stones in tonsil. I get burning burp when I eat something tangy spicy sometimes. I have painless small lump below jaw bone from  past  infection I think .size less than 2cm .It doesn't shrink nor grow. Is anything to worry? Last week went to ent. Doc take ugi endoscope. Results are mild gerd. Doc suggested antacid and tablets for 30 days Dysphagia isn't relief. I am in medicine for one week no improvemnt. Is it anything to worry. Is anything serious about lump? Dysphagia only to solid, hard, dry foods like meat, chicken, particularly
