Pain at certain point on my left butt.

There is 'mass' formed in a circle shape structure on my left buttock (inside the skin) which pains as I sit anywhere. There is also a tiny black spot in the centre of it. I can feel this by touching it.the region is also mild red. Plz Tell what it is exactly and also remedy for it?
