Hello mam! The most common cause of tingling and paraesthesias in postpartum period is median nerve compression due to water retention in pregnancy state. This is popularly called carpal tunnel syndrome. This is initially given a conservative trial and if intractable, surgery and release of carpal tunnel is advised.
