Pain and tingling
Back pain and left leg pain since 2 months and tingling started in only left leg after standing few minutes. MRI report says:- •straightening of spine with lumbar spondylosis. •mild diffuse annular buldge of L1-L2 and L2-L3 discs indenting over thecal sae. •small posterocentral annular tear of L3-L4 and L4-L5 discs. •mildly reduce L5-S1 disc space with left paracentral to foraminal broad based bulge of L5-S1 disc is compressing over the left traversing and existing nerve roots. Sir, please guide me to cure it properly.🙏
