Hi there ,
As per the description given by you , I believe you have pain related to the lower wisdom tooth due to its partial erruption and the inflammation of the gums around it. It can also be there because of the upper wisdom tooth impinging on the gums of the lower wisdom tooth which is unerrupted or partially errupted. You can take antibiotics and pain killer for temporary relief for few a days( 5 days ) and then consult a maxillofacial surgeon for the surgical extraction of the same for a permanent relief of your problem. You can also consult me for the same.
Next Steps
start with antibiotics and painkillers , please consult a near by dentist or me for the same .
Health Tips
Don't apply hot fomentation or pain balm near the tooth or neck , face or head region.
