Pain and swelling in left elbow- lateral

Asked for Male, 30 Years

Had freak fall yesterday. tried to balance with both my hands. Pain and swelling in left hand. pain in right hand below the level of shoulder. difficulty in using my right hand to lift and pull things. same problem with left hand with elbow swelling.
