Problem in lateral elbow part
Its been 8 months when i am doing my dips exercise i suddenly straight len my elbow or lockout and got a sudden mild pain in the lateral side i immediately stooped and started resting and it was like no pain but now when i do dumbell curls especially hammer curls my elbow got stuck and then a crack sound appear like qhen i do normal bicep curls my elbow is fine but when i do hammer curls my elbow starts locking usually when i do hammer curl when i am in flexion tgere is no pain or cracking but when i starts going into exrension at 90 degree angle my eblow feels like it will pop so i did some search on it and i think did i tire my lateral collateral ulnar ligamnet becase when i rotate my forearm tgere is no symptom so it cant be radial ligamet i want to ask for consultation like in my daily life tgere is no problem so should i get an nri done

Get ultrasound of elbow to check for muscle or ligament tear. Xray to check for bony injury. Positive findings then go for mri

Get a physical consultation with an orthopaedic surgeon, he will examine and suggest u further management. It is not appropriate to suggest on getting MRI   without physical examination

Hi Feel you should see a orthopedics nearby so that he could examine and based on that he would ask for some tests Or see me thru PRACTO

Get a Ortho doctor opinion to see you before doing a MRI scan. He'll diagnose  ligament tear better than a MRI!

Stop any kind of exercise atleast for 3 months.. otherwise there will be more damage to elbow structure.. If there is any problem even with rest, get orthopedic consultation.
