My sister of age 50, has a knee pain and swelling in both the legs.She is under medication for sugar and pressure
Both the knees are paining while breathing and bending

Take painkiller ( lanol er ) twice a day after food
Start vit d 60k ( uprise d3 60k) once. A week
Do not squat or sit crossed leg
