Pain and stiffness in back and Lowespine
Hi I’m experiencing pain and stiffness on back and lower part of spine. In year 2010, I have gone under treatment for same. Dr. Has prescribed me below medicines- Bio D3 max 500mg Nerv max Nucoxia 120 Calcirol 1G sachet Since pain is exactly like same, so suggest me how to take these medicines and for how many days. Thanks

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate the patient  in detail. Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or any other metabolic disorder, if there's any. Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plus  (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. (You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold air. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Use no pillow under the head. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. -- .Do mild exercises for  spine and hips. --.(Take help of a  physiotherapist). --Do not ignore, let it not become beginning of a major problem. --Do ask for a detailed treatment plan. If nothing is working for you then we are dealing something different. Facet joint pain is troublesome same with the discogenic pain Need to examine you in detail back pain is complex chronic pain You may require good physio and pain blocks

Pain and stiffness may be due to muscular spasms in lower back muscles or inflammatory spine problems. U should visit hospital for an examination to know the real cause. U may take hot fomentations and stretching exercises to relax your muscles. Improve your posture and avoid forward bending
