Extracting the tooth is definitely not painful as it is done under local anaesthesia. I would advise you to start Antibiotics n painkiller tablets minimum 3 days prior to the extraction.sometimes there is some discomfort n pain after extraction of the wisdom tooth, especially if the tooth is situated deep in bone. Such discomfort, if present, reduces considerably within 3 days after extraction.
Next Steps
get d tooth extracted as soon as possible.
Health Tips
do not be anxious. do not be empty stomach before extraction procedure.

Hi... So you have pain in canines and molars and your wisdom tooth is decayed. You need to consult dentist to see those canines and molars can be saved through fillings. You can get that wisdom tooth extracted as it's decayed. No pain during extraction as it is done under local anesthesia. After that you will be given painkillers. You may feel mild pain and discomfort for 2 to 3 days.
Next Steps
Consult dental surgeon.

In the hands of a good surgeon, you will only feel some pressure, some pushing /pulling and maybe some vibration but you should not feel any pain. Taking pain killers st regular intervals as prescribed post surgery, should ensure that you are comfortable even post surgery.
Next Steps
Please make an appointment for the minor surgical procedure soon , so that the infection/ inflammation does not spread and also no damage is caused to adjacent teeth.

Hi,Please get the wisdom teeth removed after taking antibiotics & painkillers & sensitivity in canines & molars is because of referred pain due to wisdom tooth which will subside after wisdom tooth is removed. Also wisdom tooth removed under antibiotic cover is a relatively comfortable procedure.
