After wisdom tooth surgery, it's normal to have limited mouth opening and stiffness especially if the procedure was complicated.
Next Steps
Contact your dentist for a follow-up appointment to assess your condition and address your concerns.
Health Tips
1) Continue with the prescribed medications. 2) Slowly open your mouth as wide as comfortable, then close it. Repeat this movement several times. (Avoid overexertion**) 3)Apply a warm compress or heating pad against your jaw for a few minutes before doing the exercises to help relax the muscles. 4) Stick to a soft diet and stay hydrated.
