Pain and redness in mouth
Had pain n dryness of mouth since 2 days
Today there is pain while eating n talking.. there are enlarged papillae on my tongue.. even red spots on soft palate and oral mucosa. I can feel the grittiness.
I have history of allergies.
Took a fexofenadine still no effect and it's increasing.

Do betadine mouth gargles, 2 tsp in quarter glass of warm water and gargle along with Paracetamol twice daily.
