Pain second molar of lower jaw due to cavity.It pains badly..Please suggest some treatment for the pain.. Thank you.

i think you have to go for root canal treatment . This will remove the infection and the root will be filled and capping has to be done.  Visit a near by dentist immediately preferably endodontist.
