Pain & lump in left throat(jawline area)
I got sore throat and severe pain in my throat difficulty in swallowing , one month ago.. I took some medicines and precautions and it got treated in 3 days . After 15 days I ate Icecream and cold drink and  again I experienced severe pain in my throat . Then I took Azithromycin and Dolokind and ceterizine and nevercuff cough syrup,gargling with salt water and it treated . After some days I experienced same thing after drinking cold water and again I took medicines and it got treated. After 10 days I got this problem again after eating a banana . This time I have a painful lump on left side of my throat .. I also have pain in my left side of forehead and face and neck. No difficulty in swallowing. Also feeling feverish but it disappeared after taking zerodol p but pain in throat is still there .What is the reason behind this. I take medicine and it gets treated,as soon as I drink or eat something cold problem arises again . For how long I will avoid cold stuffs, never happened before

Its recurrent pharyngitis may be its not completely being treated, u are leaving meds after symptomatic relief, show a pic of the inside of ua throat and keep doing gargle with betadine 1tsf diluted in half glass of water three times a day
