Pain after lifting wait
Hello Dr. could you pls let me know any issues in the xray.. Wrist pain after lifting a small wait.. Any issues in bone or just a sprain. Thank you

No abnormality seen on xray. Just a sprain.
Start with analgesics if pain is there.
Also do wrist strengthening exercises
