dear patient, as i can see here, your concern regarding the pain in your teeth. for the same, i would like to inquire if the pain has been for a long period of time? how long has the tooth been broken? have you consulted your said dentist for an xray? after all these questions are answered i would like to inform you a clear advice that the pain may be due to high points in your crown or some residual periapical infection. but as i can see the antibiotic are not working, that can also suggest a recurring infection due to communication in your gingiva/gums. for this i would like to see a current xray of the said area before reaching to any conclusions.
Next Steps
please attach a current xray of the said area

Greetings Pain in the tooth after a rct and crown could be because of many reasons Below are few of the reasons 1. Incomplete disinfection of infected root canal 2. Left over peri apical infection (infection around the root tip inside the bone) 3. Ill fitting crown (over sized or under sized crown) etc My suggestion would be to visit a dentist and get a thorough check up done. Take care, stay healthy

Hello madam,        Hope you ll be better soon. It may be due to any persisting infection inside your tooth or due to over sized crown with high points. Please visit your dentist or us to get it checked orally before taking any decisions. Dont worry it can be cured soon.

There may be many reasons for this type of pain...if upper n lower tooth are touching prematurely in some spot thn also you may  have such pain(as crown may have some irregularities) when upper n lower teeth touch each other.. I  would suggest you to visit dentist and get your teeth thoroughly examined for infection or high spots...also get xray done for both upper and lower teeth(to rule out any infection)...If possible post xray once done so we can assess your situation further... consult me if you have any other queries
Next Steps
visit dentist and ask him to check your occlusion in relation to teeth in question
Health Tips
take care

Just check if you are able to chew properly and you should not chew on single side, your eating force must be on both the side. Also let your doctor know if only that particular teeth touches before other teeth. Then it is better to recheck ones with xray to know the condition of the teeth.
