Pain after bowel movement
I am suffering from external piles from 3 yrs. I have been taking strict diet thereafter. I have recently been experiencing pain after bowel movement. I am litterally on Vegetables and fruits all time and drink 3 ltrs of water everyday. Can anyone help me why i am still in pain.

Since you have been suffering from External haemorrhoids for the last three years and have been on strict diet regime,but you haven’t mentioned whether u have went for haemorrhoidectomy(surgical excision of pile massess) or not.

Hemorrhoids involve: Symptoms – bleeding, protruding mass, pruritus. Physical Exam – rectal.
