Pain above the testicle

Asked for Male, 27 Years

Hello Doctor, I feel a heavy pain above the testicles if I store semen for more than 3-4 days without ejaculation. Usually I use to do 1 time intercourse daily since my marriage in November. Now, I am giving some break because of busy work schedule. Once I release the semen through ejaculation/masturbation pain will go away. What could be reason and how to tackle this, suggest the treatment.
