Paediatric problem
My 16 weeks old daughter has developed one whitish substance (like a wax acne) in one of her nipples. No other symptoms of pain or infection is evident. Is this normal for infants? What may be the cause and how serious is the problem? I will most humbly request for a first hand diagnosis. Thank you.

It would help if you post a picture. On your description it sounds like a milk cyst at nipple or may  be an small boil with pus. This needs a physical check anyways, as this is an infant.
