Should we take antibiotics for peptic ulcer caused by NSAIDS (Saridon). Have been asked to take PAN40 one a day.The symptoms are little bloating and gas. Is PAN 40 enough for the control of the ulcer. There are no stomach pains .

Yes this is sufficient. Drink plenty of fluids. Avoid all type of spicy and oily products. If it does not heal than antibiotics therapy will be given.
