Ovulationday calculation
My cycle is between 29-32 days and it is quite difficult for me to calculate the exact fertile window and ovulation day. Please guide me on this.

In your case you want to be pregnant
One should have daily sexual activity 4 days before and 4 days after OF average expected ovulation day
