Considering I had pregnant naturally 6 months back (aborted in 5th week by MTP due to some personal reason), if I am getting difficulty in pregnancy then what method should I follow first Ovulation induction or HSG scan for tube check? Please advice.

Go for HSG first. It is much easier. And it is done in one sitting.
If there is really a problem with Ovulation induction then it may take months to treat.
You can go for HSG first to rule out any tubal blockades and then if everything is normal then you can go for Ovulation induction with timed intercourse.
As per ur and partners age if u face difficulty in getting pregnant after trying natural method of conception within a particular time period then the couple might first get work up and investigation done for infertility which may include HSG test. To know in details plz get connected
