Ovulation and fertile window
I am planning for a baby. Last month i got my periods on 7th feb and in march also on 7th march. What would be my fertile window and ovulation day? How frequently should i have intercourse to conceive? Does regular intercourse lowers the sperm count? Kindly suggest.
