Hi, if you want to reduce weight do regular excercise, jogging or brisk walking, throughout a day engage in some activities, avoid taking high calorie diets like bakery foods,ghee,non vegetarian foods, and take low calorie diet containing greenleafy vegetables. Don't take any weight reducing medications.consult dietician for low calorie diet.
