Thanks for your query. Your BMI is 27.27.so you are higher side but not obesity condition . I recommend low calorie Diet plan. Take low rice 50gm, brown breads, brwon rice,Max fibres like gourd family vegetables like bitter gourds others equivalent. Take plenty of fruits except banana, grapes. Add yogurt, oat,dalia, etc.no red meat etc.Mainly sour & semi solid types. Less animal protein but more plant protien S. Oil fast,junk,oily,fried foods stopped. Sleep 7 hours but no stress, stress. There few free hand exercises walking,more dynamic life syles very important.
