Hello I have overthinking Stress and anxiety from 2022 so I consulted a doctor dr. Robin goyal neuropschytrist Ans he prescribed me some medicines. Zosert 50 Itry plus Tab Dictorate Cap Indira AB I have taken all these medicines for six months and started feeling better so I Started taking them ocassion also like 2 or 3 days in week or when I feel not good I take. Zosert 50 and when I cannot sleep then take Itryp plus . and started feeling better bug after few days same things started again. Everything think messed up what will I do now should I start proper dosage please consult.
