Overthinking/panic attack
Hello My name is amit and I really need some help in sorting my problem out. The problem I have is whenever I go out of my comfort zone, I start to get panic attack. Even several sad thought keep poking out in my mind, thoughts like what will others think of me, I am not been able to succeed in my career, and other such sad thoughts. In dimple words when there is a pressure situation, I get panic attacks which lead to the tendency for vomiting. Kindly help me out

Tremors, feeling anxious or nervous, sense of panic, sweating, increased heartbeat, feeling of impending doom, stomach discomfort, dizziness etc are signs of anxiety. These can be debilitating. If the anxiety us overwhelming, consult a psychiatrist at the earliest. With the right medication and counseling, it is likely your symptoms will improve.
