Dear Client We all go through overthinking in our life at 1 or the other time or in different phases however it is important to look at the duration of this overthinking, is it happening continuously or is it not going away it? Some of the signs and symptoms of overthinking are having negative thoughts, feeling tired, and constant feeling of anxiety. Overthinking could have a lot of underlying reasons which could be worked upon in therapy. Further, if you have noticed any other mood changes or symptoms in past few days it’s better to consult.
