Hi, I am sorry you are feeling this way. I am sure this is tough. Overthinking is the minds way to tell you that you are worried about something. The thing you are worried about is something you are emotionally invested in. Your mind will continuously circle around this thing till you sit with a therapist in a safe space and work on the hurt or the feeling that is causing you to worry. Once the emotions that are causing you to worry are released you will feel safe and the pattern of thoughts running in your head will automatically stop. You’re brave. Stay. Try.
Next Steps
I can work on your overthinking pattern and cause you relief. Love and healing ❤️
