Start loving yourself. There is  nothing greater than loving and  accepting yourself. The confidence,  motivation all starts from there. Do fix an Appointment with a psychological counselor in the city you live in or consult through online.

Hi I totally understand what you are feeling. I am glad you thought of posting your query here. This step of approaching  u professionals  definitely reflects your motivation to get better. Before I can help you properly I would like to know a few more details for which i recommend a detailed session. There are many questions like Has this happened only after you have shifted to the new city? How was your relationship earlier? How is your mood? And many more questions. As far as being clingy and frustrated is concerned there could many reasons associated with it. At times one gets so involved in a relationship that they forget to spend time with themselves, as in they forget to engage in their own hobbies and to pamper themselves . I strongly feel you must start spending some time for yourself, probably by engaging in your hobbies and things that you enjoy. Start maintaining a daily consistent schedule. Talk to people you can trust, vent out your feelings don't be afraid of being judged, first yourself. Push yourself to pamper yourself even if you don't feel it intially. These are some solutions I can help you further after a elaborate question answer session with you.
