Overdieting
She is one of the best one but she over diet every time. When I asked her about not to diet more than needs she refused and because of that some time she felt so weakness in her body and also some times she also got senselessness. So I am so worried about it. So sir plz help me to recover her problems in a short chart diet that can only contain less things but it is enough plz sir.

Hi welcome - I can advice you that she is underweight.. 6am - water with dabur chwanprush 2 tsf 8am - high proteinbreakfast with banana,egg,sweet 9 am - milk & cornflaks 10am - 2 fruits 12 noon - veg,soup 1pm - Lunch -rice,roti, dal, mix veg, paneer ,sprouts 3 pm - some dry fruits 6pm some veening snacks with tea 9pm - veg soup with papaya,soya, etc 9.30pm soe rice with chapati, mix veg, curd, 10 pm some hot milk sleep tight 8 hours min. Remember she needs high protein diet,so may suppelemt after 15 days

Have 150ml milk 2/day. Eat more of roughage like green salad veg. Have fruit 2/day. Have coconut water regularly.
