Hi, it happens that only 2-4 days i feel fine with my health there is something that keeps happening. I got acid reflux kind of thing few days back i used to burp a lot, now I feel slight hotness and itching in my feets what i observed is my old mark on leg has became yellowish please see the photo attached. I dont know what it is :( apart from this i have neck pain also pain in lower and mid back (feels like kidney is paining- God knows) , eye strain due to use of mobile(i stopped using phone). I have one small blister in my mouth troubling a lot. I feel headache too, cant concentrate. Every morning i wakeup there is some thick cough that fall. What should i do :( i dont feel living in this body !!!
